Volunteers Needed

A minimum of 10 volunteer hours, per participant, are required. Depending on the sport and the amount of participants, this may vary.  Please sign up for as many activities as you can and we will email you.

Running Late?

Should you be late to a meet or can’t make it due to sickness give coach Camille a call at  503-730-0713, ASAP I will need to make changes prior to the start of the meet and have 20 minutes prior to do this.

Please check in with the coaches as soon as you arrive at the meet to receive your entries. Don’t forget to give healthy snacks for during the meets.

We have swim caps available for purchase at $10.00 each. See Camille if you need a new one. Please put your name on them with a sharpie pen on the inside of the cap as well as on the tags of your suits.
